Let me introduce myself. My name is Pelin Yildiz, I am a French woman born in Paris at the end of the 80’s. I graduated from Sorbonne Université in 2012 and moved to Istanbul for work and passion.
I stayed and continued my life in Turkey as a real local citizen. Originally from Izmir and Trabzon, I am very lucky to be able to adapt to every situation or group of people in Turkey and in the world!
In 2011, my carrier as a travel writer started with my first website www.leblogdistanbul.com, which is a complete travel guide of Istanbul. The blog is in French and read by more than 75 000 people every month.
After a while, I was asked by French publishing companies, who noticed my writing skills online, to write their travel books. I wrote more than 10 travel books about Turkey, Istanbul and the Turkish Riviera.
I am quite a traveler. I visited many countries including Equador, India, Australia, Guatemala… But the country I know the most is definitly Turkey 
Right now, you are on my second website, the one I dedicated to the loves of my life, the places I can’t separate from more than 1 month, the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts of Turkey.
